Whether that dilutes the momentous joy when new decks are released, it’s still a little early to tell. So instead of that yearly affair where one looks forward to a Valentine’s Day or Christmas, Magic players are now getting holidays all year round. It’s so successful that they’ve decided to have precon Commander decks accompany every new expansion set release in 2021 (and possibly beyond)! Wasn’t it only a couple months back when we had our annual Commander preconstructed (aka precon) deck reviews? It’s not your memory failing, but rather Wizards of the Coast ramping up support for the popular format that is enthralling Magic players all over, and drawing new players in.
